Electric bill online scam?

I may be way off on this but something is fishy. I got an official looking email with a link
to pay my electric bill online, the link led to this website

http://gob.cfe-pago.com/finanzas/inicio.php?_cfe_server_=TESORERIADEFINANZAS_online&rnd=2.151176578413343

The site looks totally official and has links to the real CFE site, which has this as
their website address

http://www.cfe.gob.mx/Negocio/Paginas/Negocio.aspx

See how the top (fake?) address has the gob part first (http://gob.cfe-pago.com) and the
official site has the gob after cfe (www.cfe.gob.mx). Something not right there.

Also the email is from - CFE Pagos Online - info@hi5.com. Who the hell is hi5.com?

Another thing is when I clicked on the link in the email I saw a myspace web address
quickly flash in the status bar before the "fake" site came up.

I could be completely wrong on this but thought I would share anyway. If it is a phishing
site its a damn good job of faking a real site.
