Dog looking for a home

Hi Everyone,
As some of you know, I am currently on exchange in Guadalajara, and often go back and forth between the city and the beach.

On Monday, a curious little dog came to my doorstep, looking for a home, I suppose. By the looks of his teeth and his hair, he's been on the street for some time. I have taken him to the vet. He is in the process of getting his shots and he has been de-wormed. He is otherwise healthy by all accounts. He's a mid-sized dog, the vet said around 2 years old. He knows how to sit, and is leash trained. I have had him shaved in order to help with the heat. Its currently very hot in Guad.

He comes with a leash, a collar, a dog bowl, a dog toy, some treats, and the food I've bought for him. He's also been cured for flees and ticks. I've treated him with frontline, so the treatment should last for three months.

As a lot of you know, I'm a college student, and can scarcely feed myself sometimes, let alone a dog. So, I am looking for a new home for the dog I've come to call Scruffy. If you are interested, please let me know. I will be coming to lamanz this weekend, and can arrange to have Scruffy come with me.

I have a picture of him, which you can see here:

Please keep in mind that was before he was shaved.
He's really a wonderful pup, and I think he would make an amazing companion. If I were just a little bit older I would keep him myself, but like I said I cant commit to a dog right now.

Thank you,
