That area is known as Los Tubos and the frontage road is called Francisco Medina Ascencio. The parking area is after the 1st Pemex station at the curve before the airport You'll see a taxi stand just before the pedestrian overcrossing and a Pollo Feliz chicken place at 4240 Ascencio. The driveway is just to the right of Pollo Feliz. If you reach the pedestrian bridge you have gone too far. Use Google Maps to locate Pollo Feliz and then get the street view...
