I'm jealous, Barbara! I haven't heard the tree frogs yet
and they're one of the best parts of summer here.

Daniel - our logs mostly agree with yours but we didn't
start keeping track until June, 2004. Here's what we
logged after that date:

2005: May - no rain
June 29th - .08 (total in June: .38")

2006: May - no rain
June 2nd - 1.88" - also 1.69" on the 3rd.
(total: 3.84" in June)

2007: May - no rain
June 9th - .59 - total: .71"

I guess we need to define the criteria for "first rainfall". If
it doesn't register on our rainfall gauge we don't count it.
Any suggestions?
