I am trying to connect to Dr. Carbajal-Real in San Patricio-Melaque. I am in the United States. There is an individual here in the States that helped fund a clinic of his several years ago and I wanted to touch base and check in on how things are going. Your website posted the following as his contact info, but I am having problems getting through. Can anyone explain the "044" in his number? When I make a international call to Mexico I have to dial 011 and then 52 (Mexico's long distance code) and then the number.
