Not sure if this is useful to you, but two friends in the country installed a satellite dish that has worked really well for them to get both e-mail and telephone service. I think it is called something like Hughsnet. If you send me a private e-mail, I will forward it to them. They also use it with their Magic Jack so they can call for free to the US and Canada. When I want to call them from Cuastecomates, I use my Magic Jack to call their Magic Jack.
