bedrooms and beds

We are designing a house to be built in La Manzanilla and the design lends itself well to having the ground floor be a two bedroom rental space. We are wondering if we should have one bed room with a king bed and one with two queen beds or have king beds in both bedrooms. We would love to get some opinions on this matter. Thanks Kim
