I did NOT have my sticker removed from my husband's truck when exiting Mexico two years ago. (long story why)

I spent over 6 months dealing with some "big-wig" at Banjercito in Mexico City. Very nice guy, even gave me his home phone number.

We went round-and-round about my particular situation; looked at every avenue, turned over every option, but in the end..... he said:

"There is NOTHING you can do except get the vehicle to the border with ALL the items originally included on the permit (ie: ATVs) and then have the permit removed. Otherwise the owner of the vehicule will NOT be able to bring in another unit until it is cleared of the system". (all said very politely)

That is my experience, and since our problem still exists.... I have seriously considered Don Binkley's action: hire a lawyer. Anyone have a name for a lawyer that can take care of something in the Nogales area?
