Yoga, Pilates Starts Monday!

The Summer of Fun at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center starts tomorrow at 9 a.m. with YogaPilates Combo class.

YogaPilates Combo Class: Mon-Wed-Fri -- 9-10 a.m.
Go Deeper (Deep stretching and restorative practice) Tues-Thurs -- 9-10 a.m.

Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.
