Mexico Dish is available via Telmex offices ... at least it is in the Chapala area. It is essentially the same programming as SKY with an 18 month contract. Very little English

The good thing about Dish is they compete with SKY and brought the prices down from nearly 500 pesos a month to about 180 for basic. 2-3 more levels above that
