Yoga Pilates Schedule this week

The Summer of Fun continues at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.

Class Schedule:
PilatesYoga Combo: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10 a.m.
Go Deeper (Deep stretching and restorative yoga): Tuesday, Thursday 9-10 a.m.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.
