Either ETN or Primera Plus. Primera Plus has twice the number of buses, is a little cheaper and goes to Melaque. ETN goes to Barra.

If you go with Primera Plus try for the one via Colima for a smoother ride. Ticket counters are next to each other so easy to compare schedules. It's a 4 hour trip
