Hi Janni,
I would be very interested in meeting you and having you visit my home if you come to SM soon.
A sweet cat is no problem. And there is public transportation to town, tho you have to learn to live your life around the schedule. The occasional cab back out after an evening event runs about 130 pesos.However, I do not have television reception. I have a TV and DVD player and library of movies, but that's it. And no internet.
Please reply, and I would like to know the contacts for your references of previous landlords.
