Here some general information: Deep sea fishing : Most people rent a boat out of Barra. There are locals here in the village that can take you out fishing but they don't have the same set up as the larger boats out of Barra. Be ready to pay some good money for the larger boats with the fighting chairs and heavy equipment. Hiking: there is hiking. I would suggest getting a local to take you around. The waterfalls are a good hike. Bus: you can catch it in front of Palapa Joe's. The bus schedule was posted in front of Mexico Properties. The "aquarium is located at Tenacatita which is under a land dispute. You can get there but you have to go through armed guards and leave your ID. You can get there by boat but you will be watched closely. Kinda takes the relaxation out of the experience. Hope this helps.
