You seem correct. Looking at the graphics on the map at stormpulse.com, it looks very much like the eye of this lady is north of you. 25 miles away from B d N and 51 miles away from Manzanillo. Moving NW at 13 mph and hugging the coast. Looks to me like the eye is right on top of Costa Careyes more or less. You could get the back side of the storm track and with a counterclockwise rotation, it could be pulling moisture from offshore into your area. But, with the track being to the NW, it might not last long for you. Let's hope this is the case. That pressure up here in the US, where I am at, is to move on, so they say in our weather and that should get this thing moving out to sea and away from you. I've talked with June this a.m. and she says it is sort of calm w/o much wind at about 8 a.m. your time.
