Yes, Diana, it's strange. The only way I found the articles was by going to the La Jornada Jalisco website. The first one was sent to me by someone in Guad. who bought the newspaper.

I spoke to the president of the ejido today - he and one of the lawyers went to speak with the reporter and told her that she wasn't printing the truth, and that she should present both sides of the story. She agreed (to present their side) and thanked them for coming. In the June 24 article, the regional subdelegado dealing with legal issues for RAN (Registro Agraria Nacional), says that since the desalojo, they have not emitted a resolution or order that says that titles aren't valid. Moreover, that he doesn't know anything about the information given by the head of the SRA (Secretaria de Reforma Agraria)that indicates that they're denying the ejido's Acta de Posesión.

What's really interesting to me is that none of this information was in any of the other newspapers that cover Tenacatita issues like Milenio or the Informador. And that there were 5 articles in 4 days in La Jornada. I think that Villalobos paid to have his side of the story published and what better newspaper to put it in but the most left wing, that almost always sides with the people.

If a decision had been made, it would be in writing, and the president of the ejido would receive a copy. As has happened all along, no papers that justify any of their actions, have been shown by Villalobos.
