Jerry - Stop by the Carlos' (C & C Construction) on the square in Melaque and ask them. The last guy they had work at my house, I think was trained in the States. There is also a guy named Dave, who is in CA right now on a job, but he is usually here -- Susan knows him -- and he might be able to help you out or at least direct the local guy. There are also ads in the English Guadalajara paper they sell at Hawaii, the one Jane writes for, that has ads for solar installations. You might want to check them out if nothing works locally.
