Boy,

Good thing I got out of LM to avoid having to put up with rain. You'd think I would have learned my less last year. June in Denver last year was 1 millimeter shy of the wettest June in recorded history going back 127 years. This year, it is the 12th of July and we're alreay right on the doorstep of breaking the record for wettest July in recorded history. The storm passing through right now has intensity levels in some areas of the Denver metro area at 4 inches per HOUR!

What is it they say about stupidity in that you do the same thing over and over again but expect different results. South of France next year I say!!!
