Yoga, Pilates Schedule this week

Hi Everyone,
I invite you to Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center for classes to help you discover your strength and creativity from the inside out and to bring you joy in your being.

YogaPilates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Go Deeper (yoga focusing on opening the mind, body and spirit): Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-10:30 a.m.

We have classes rain or shine. All classes are donation only and mats are available.

Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.
