I think what she is looking for is someone to assist her with the preliminary paperwork which may need to be signed by a doctor or a doctor working with a lawyer. Apparently, there was or is someone in La Manz with the knowledge of this. Traveling is quite difficult for her because she has a pretty bad case of rheumatoid arthritis.
