Guess what? We have a live one. D has volunteered to house and operate a defibrillator, if and when we get one and should the need appear.

Not only that, but he will also take the CPR classes and be Johnny on the spot, at his wonderful, perfect location for the job.

(Sorry, D, don't let me scare you away. I don't mean employment) .

However, this wonderful news still leaves the question, why do we need another defibrillator if the civic patrol already has one? I've asked this before but didn't receive any feedback. Am I missing something that is obvious?

I for one will contribute toward acquisition of a defib if one is warranted. Heaven forbid but I could be a defib candidate and it behooves me to participate. Cruz

PS. D is not interested in defib maintenance issues. But I'm sure someone can assume this role should the need arise.
