I'm trying to motivate my neighbor to create a version of the flower pot smoker. We've planted ~75,000 clams, oysters, and mussels on the beach in front of our houses on Fidalgo Island in NW Washington. The Little Chief Smoker or gas BBQ will not withstand the ravages of the bi-valves or a salt water environment for long.
