I hate to sound like a cynic or seem to have a suspicious mind, but I am starting to wonder (just wonder)if this is all a prank. I was watching an old Law and Order and they always look to the person closest to the victim (if a bottle can be a victim) for the perpetrator.

I would hate to think that D would hide her (or maybe slashed her in a jealous rage)and is now passing this off as a runaway or worse, a bottle-napping.

I wish I hadn't had this thought as I might have trouble sleeping tonight. I hope my suspicions are proven wrong.
