Cruz: The original ambulance was the property of Armando ( the original commandante ) There were many issues involving use of funds and Armando took his ambulance to La Huerta. It is out of the picture now as is Armando. By the way, Noami went La Huerta yesterday and talked with the president.He told her that if we could get an ambulance that all registration and plate fees will be waived.
