Z what about the Mayans the Olmec Babylon and Angkor Wat to name a few.
Anne, when I was in Haiti the nurses told me that in the heat of summer they would put a plastic sheet on their bed draw a cold bath get in their pajamas lay down in the tub then get in bed in front of a fan then do it all over again when their pajamas dried out.
