Thanks for all these tips. I almost got brain concussion from laughing at soaking in my Pj's and then throwing myself on my plastic bed... But, it's good to know---and very interesting.

I've lived here year 'round for 2 yrs and this is my 3rd summer. It's the hottest so far. And, the ocean is far warmer. Last summer I swam every 2 days and was able to get refreshed.

Glad to hear of electrolytes. And, I'll call, Valerie, thanks.
