Hi, my spanish is not so good, especially trying to read the fancy lingo.

But in the first paragraph I think they are saying that against ecological studies and the Mexican Constitution, La Huerta and other state entities are ignoring these and with a blind eye allowing development and privatization (sp)of Chamela Bay by Mexican and foreign developers. Meaning that most of the Costa Alegre coast will be closed and controlled, leaving only Barra de Navidad, Cuastemates and La Manzanilla as open. I think the project is called Zafiro

I hope this is close or at least hits on some important points. With a dictionary and a whole week I might be able to translate the whole article more verbatim. But gracias for the article. It is important. Cruz
