Satellite Providers

My first question met with such a nice response, I may as well ask another question!

We want to buy a satellite dish to put on our camper where I will live while our house is being built. We then want to take it off the camper and put it on the house.

Does anyone have a recommendation as to what type of dish to purchase and what provider to use? We are from USA so would like USA programming.
