Medical Care Support Group

Mexican hospitals rely on the family of patients to take care of their non-medical needs. They only suppy medical care, shelter and food. Some hospitals prefer that someone stay with the patient 24-7.

For those who are single, this can be a problem. We would like to form a support group to act as “family” for singles. The main purpose of the group will be to give aid and moral support to anyone unlucky enough to find themselves in the hospital. When the call for help goes out, we would expect members to rise to the calling. With enough members, we should always find one or two available to give assistance.

Although this group is mainly for folks without family here, anyone interested is encouraged to join. Please respond on the message board to let us know if you are interested.
