Amazing photos, Bret. The one of the church interior is fabulous, and
I was happy to see a close up of that "castillo" the fireworks were
wired onto. It was a lot more sturdy than in past years but I kind of miss the rickety bamboo aspect of the old type of frame - those remind me of the first castillos we saw in San Miguel and our amazement that everyone just stood there, watching and laughing, as sparks showered down on them. As one of our friends remarked "if we were in the states, every other person in the crowd would be a lawyer". It's good to be in Mexico!
