| The one thing to be aware of with Alaska is that once on board the plane they will give you a tag saying the dog is on the plane. Be sure to remind them when you get on the plane. About 6 years ago on a flight from LA to Manzanillo, I hadn't got it and kept on asking and finally they told me the dog was left in LA! They brought him the next day, but for 24 hours I was distraught. Whenever I flew on Alaska Airlines after that, I would tell the stewardesses that if my dog doesn't get on, I will be getting off the plane. The vet said it was okay for my dog to have a half a gravol pill for motion sickness. |
