They spell it Monsoon Trof (not trough) on the .gif you linked to.
I Googled it the way they spell it and got nada

Bret, the beach may be taking a beating but the rocks are being replaced
by nice sand!

Watching the big rocks out by Tenacatita is quite the show as well.
Sometimes the waves hitting the rocks splash up, what looks like
50 feet into the air!
