NOAA is not issuing any further bulletins on 83-E which
dissipated inland last night. However, the "remnantes" are
continuing to produce light rain and drizzle here. Overnight
rainfall was .44/inch and .04 has registered this morning.

August's total was 8.21 inches - just slightly off the Aug.
average of 8.67. Yearly total is now 23.89 inches - avg. is
23.89. Rain last year was 41.83 inches - the highest we've seen since 2004 and just slightly over 2008's total of 41.56 inches.

Nothing exciting on the horizon but local weather at this time of the year should continue to produce lots
of moisture and rain.
