Think long and hard whether you want to buy something other than a Honda. My experience with one of these off brands was that the roads are sufficiently challenging that things shake loose and fall off. I noticed that the moto repair place in Melaque had some used Hondas and I would definitely opt for something that you know would hang together, not to mention, would not attract the wrong kind of attention.
