Kombucha mushroom

David and I have been using the Kombucha mushroom lately, David preserving his prostrate and me trying to ensure that my lung cancer does not return. If you google it, you'll understand the next bit: When we make the "tea" we generate another "mushroom" that heretofore we have simply used to replace the first, and then tossed the first one, only because we didn't want to have hundreds of these mushrooms in our fridge. This first mushroom is still viable and is really a waste that it is tossed. So - if you are interested in one of our "babies" just give us a call and when the next one is ready it's yours!
