I don't know, Criss, I'd think long and hard on that one - there is a hotel in Melaque which has a few for their tenants - and a quick look at these units helps one make the decision to walk ~ and the owner has a ton of up-keep and maintenance. They don't stand up in our climate very well. Just a thought.
