A couple of positive things have happened in the last few weeks:

1- Villalobos tried to get the titles cancelled (for those who have title to their property in the area that he has claimed is his), but the judge said absolutely no, that the titles are valid. That's a big step forward.

2 - The Reforma Agraria in Guadalajara sent an order to Mexico to send representatives to delineate the 42 hectares he's claiming.

The consensus among those who have been going to Guadalajara and meeting with lawyers, politicians and judges, is that things are moving forward.

There may be light at the end of the tunnel.
