Wow, that little piece of the red blob was a doozy! 1.5" of rain in about an hour, with LOTS of scary lightning. One bolt hit the pole 100 ft down the street right outside Gypsy the horse's lot, but he's fine. No fires or blown appliances in our house at least (mostly everything was unplugged when the flashbulbs started popping.) Still some thunder out in the distance, but nothing headed our way on the GOES loop right now. |
