There is a lot of good info about the ZLO airport being closed and the state of road closures and current bus service on the Tomzap Barra message board, various threads include photos and video of the carretera on the other side of the Rio Marabasco. Suffice to say it would be better and faster to fly to P.V. as the 200 is open in that direction.
