La Manzanilla Beach

We finally got thru on a cell phone to our caretaker in La Manzanilla just now. We have good news about the beach properties just beyond the crocodiles. The houses didn't appear to sustain damage, no glass broken, and no water inside. Even the palapa roofs seem intact. The walking bridge is still useable, but you can't drive from the village or Boca right now. Electricity is apparently on, but the water line is washed out. We're glad it wasn't as bad as it could have been. |
