Jova rainfall totals

Hi everyone, it's great to have the internet back (for now at least!) Phone service came back about the same time this evening. Power came back yesterday afternoon, although the voltage remains uncomfortably high (135-140V). I'm not using my main computer until that gets down to normal. Donna and I have been back home since yesterday. Thanks for the hospitality, Clare! We were very fortunate compared to some others here in La Manzanilla, just as La Manz was more fortunate than many other nearby locations. I wanted to belatedly post the rainfall total here at the house was 12.24" from Jova. I suspect this number was less than actual because of the gusty winds. Also, most of this fell in just a few hours Wednesday pre-dawn. That's a pretty intese rainfall rate! Good luck everyone with your own portion of the recovery. Does anyone in other towns have any rain totals?
