Certainly not in town. We don't have a bank or gas station (.
There is a great 6 mile beach, hills, long stairs up some of the hills, the back road to Boca, plenty of room to do pushups and situps and a big stack of rocks in the quarry. There are also several classes of various exercises. Some folks swim and the water , especially in the morning is great for swimming.

You might want to bring some stretchy bands and there is a place in town the rents bikes.

Don't know about Meleaue or Manzanillo
