Here near the Jardin we always get about 2/3 - 3/4 of the speed promised by TelMex. Just now I ran a speed test using the spiffy testing site http://speedtest.net/.

Results: download speed: 1.67 Mb/s, upload speed 0.32 Mb/s.

Our Infinitum package promises 2 Mb/s. So no problems here.

FYI, for anyone still at the 1Mb/s speed, I believe you can call TelMex and ask to be upgraded to 2 Mb/s for no extra charge. We did this a few months ago.
