Yoga, Pilates starts (again) this week

Hi Everyone,
Please join us at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 1 block down from Martin's.

We are back up and running with new palapa and new energy!

YogaPilates -- Mon, Wed, Fri -- 9-10 a.m.

Vinyasa Flow (energizing yoga with flowing movement) -- Tues, Thurs, Sat -- 9-10 a.m.

Go Deeper (restorative yoga) -- Tues, Thurs -- 10:30-11:30 a.m.

All classes are donation only and mats are available.
