Looking for Accommodations for 2 week in February

I have two students (a couple)coming to study Spanish who are looking for accommodations on the beach or close to the beach with an ocean view for two weeks. Dates flexible, can book ticket around dates that rental is available, anywhere from late January to late February. Please let me know if you have a comfortable, modern house or apartment available.
