No Yoga, Pilates Classes next week

Just wanted to let everyone know that there will not be any classes next week at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca.

I was invited to teach at Xinalani Retreat outside of Puerto Vallarta. I leave today (Saturday) late morning and will return next Sunday night to resume the regular, super fun class schedule on Monday, Nov. 21.
