Hi all ...my yoga classes will begin for the season on this Friday the 18th Nov.and from then on every Mon Wed and Fri am at 9am. Once more they will be on the breezy palapa roof top of Casa Milpa}Nancee and Ricardos house} 1st left turn past Martins restaurant look up! Having just returned from taking a wonderful group to sw France I am happy to be able to share this adventure with you all...especially as I am returning this Sept.2012.Also I did several trainings with superb teachers over the summer and will share that as well. My teaching style based on Vanda Scaravellis ideas allow multi level students to go at their own pace with no effort.The emphasis is not on achieving postures but using them to undo tension and find integration.Read more on teaching and France retreat on my website www.aniyogo.com local cell 315 107 4598 |
