HI Pam, Actually Mel and Ray live across from Eileen's NEW HOUSE, not her old one. The robber(s) went over the wall and in through a screened window that had the screen closed and the window part was open. Mel and Ray were inside asleep when this happened. We found bare footprints outside the wall, but could not follow them to far. None of the windows in the house were protected with protectiones so it was easy to get in. No dog. I was going to post about this but wanted to ask their permission first, in case they did not want everyone to know. Anyway, she had 3 years of work on a book she is writing on the computer. One was a brand new MAC . Very sad. We had quite a few robberies in Sept and Oct. and not just the gringos were targeted either. Lots of Mexicans. It seems most people in town seem to know who it is, but noone is talking.... Linda Mandala
