I stayed at the Flamingo PV Marina...you will need to go to hotels.com and book online...it was 50 us, if you wait till you get there it was close to 90usd
Also go to primeraplus.com and you can check bus schedules...I am pretty sure there is one leaving at 10.30 pm 2nd class.
