Jill; I understand that is what the "English" interpretation of the Mexican law is --- But --- the Mexican Judge is the one to decide what the law says and they have said that we owe even if they quit. Is it right? Not as far as I am concerned - that does not matter - it is what it is and we need to know and learn to live with and around it. We can pay attorneys to fight the cause and in the end the attorney gets the money - you have battle scars and looks like will end up paying anyway. I look at it as " Would I rather win this battle and loose the war?" for me it became the decision of whether is was worth the fight or learn a way to function around the law as they read it.
